Operating terms for the open-core software, the hosted shadow registry, and the premium Service Level Agreement (SLA) tier. v1.1 added Reach handles + operator-account sign-up. v1.2 added explicit no-reliance + no-sale + no-identity-verification + no-availability-guarantee disclaimers, broadened indemnification, force majeure, survival. v1.3 promotes four key protections to standalone prominent danger boxes: DO NOT USE IN EMERGENCIES (§5.1.1), NO RELIANCE (§5.3, §6), NO DAMAGES BEYOND THE CAP (§7), NO CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT LOSS OR DAMAGES (§7).
